Executive Chef

Chef Danielle Wittlinger has a passion for detail and a love for all things sweet. Having formally trained at Walnut Hill College where she received her Pastry Arts Degree, Danielle has combined her accumulated knowledge with over 17 years of hands-on experience in a diverse variety of scratch kitchen and front-of-house roles. She takes great pride in creating inspirational menus and unique, custom plate designs that connect with her clients and guests. Chef Danielle is a proud recipient of the Spirit of the Industry Award for her graduating class, awarded by college faculty for love of work in the hospitality industry. The Alloy is proud to announce Chef Danielle as the first female Executive Chef in the hotel’s 50+ year history!
