Executive Chef
Eric Flynn does both savory and sweet, traditional and modern. As Executive Chef of Hammer & Fire, Eric uses the signature elements of the restaurant to inspire his team with his passion for fresh ingredients, quality & discipline. His ingenuity in the kitchen is stimulated by his belief that food should not be overworked, but rather appreciated for its simplicity and natural perfections. This philosophy is evident in his innovative seasonal menus that focus on fresh, local ingredients.
